Breaking News: Landlord meeting!

Rebecca and I have an appointment this morning with the owner of a VERY interesting retail space in Fort Greene. It remains to be seen whether this will be a good fit for us in terms of financials, timing, etc. etc., but we're rather excited -- this is the first really good prospect that has come along in awhile.
